How to start the diet

To lose weight and treat or prevent chronic illnesses, we always recommend no grain, no sugar diet, low in carbohydrates and high in natural fat. This diet is the most efficient way to stay healthy, and to get the most benefits, you should combine it with HIIT exercise. 

With the diet, the most important rules to remember are:

Don’t eat more than 50g of carbohydrates a day. Eat a lot of healthy vegetables, but no bread, pasta, rice or potatoes that are just packed starch and contain no nutritional benefits.

Don’t eat any sugar or sweeteners! They are very addictive, but also very unhealthy, just like tobacco. Stay away. You will soon learn to appreciate natural flavours like instead, and feel much better.

Only eat real food. Cook your own food from basic ingredients, nothing ready-made.

Eat natural fat, like butter, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, nuts, lard and beef fat, fatty fish, fatty meat and cheese.

Only eat max 3 meals a day, no snacks.

This always works, but you cannot cheat!
